Experience/background:
I have been in the industry for 2 years and have worked with a broad range of clientele and targets in a number of gyms. My passion for fitness started whilst competing in football to a county and professional standard picking up many tips along the way. I’m currently practicing as a full time personal trainer and class instructor in two gyms.

Favourite class:
Any HITT class that involves functional training using lots of pieces of equipment to keep it fun, challenging and effective.

Fun fact about me:
I’m currently studying to become a Level 5 Remedial & Soft Tissue Therapist.

Top fitness tip:
Never keep two sessions the same, by incorporating constant but progressive change to your programme not only stimulates you mentally and prevents the onset of boredom but it also keeps the body guessing and encourages those anatomical adaptations you’ve been waiting for to take place. Monotonous programmes that follow the same sets and reps for months at a time will not push the body out of its comfort zone forcing your performance to plateau.
