Membership Card

Who can apply for a membership card?
Around The Lake membership can only be applied for by staff who work within building numbers 1210-1240; 1310-1330; 1410-1430 and 1650. This is because the café and gym amenity was paid for by the same landlord of these buildings and situated within one of its buildings.

What does this get me?
Becoming an Around The Lake member, with membership card, will entitle you to:
– Access to the Cafe @ No10 and use of its lounge areas: shop, concierge service, bookable meeting room and bookable Floating Pavilion coming 2017
– Ability to purchase food & drink at the cafe through the cashless system.
– The right to join the gym should you wish
– Access to exclusive events

How do I get my membership card?
Key Cards will be distributed to your company.
Your membership card will have a printed membership number on it, which will have access to the Cafe @ No10 pre-registered onto it.

To use your card to spend in Cafe @ No10:
Register for the Systopia cashless system online, registering your card number to your personal account. See below for more details.

To use your card to join Lake Fitness @ No10:
Sign up for your membership on the ClubRight system. Your card will then need to be activated in the Park Manager’s office. If you registered for the gym prior to the opening, your card will already be activated for gym use. See below for more details.

Do I have to pay for my membership card?
Each member will be given one membership card free of charge?

What happens if my membership card is lost, damaged or stolen?
A new card will need to be issued to you by the site administrator (Park Manager). A replacement fee charge will be issued for £5.00, for a new card. All account data will be transferred to the new card.

What happens if my card isn’t working?
Please inform the site administrator (Park Manager) immediately, so that it can be investigated.

How does it work?
Cafe @ No10 operates a cashless system. Your membership card will be how you pay for your food & drink at the till. Just tap & pay!

You top-up your cashless account in advance – either through our web portal or on the mobile app. Search Good2GO in your App Store.

How long does it take for my top-up to show on my account for use on my card?
All funds are transferred to your account immediately.

Do I need my card to access Cafe @ No10?
Yes you do. Both entry doors have a proximity swipe access system.

How do I register for my account?
– Visit https://aroundthelake.systopiacloud.com
– To register as a new user follow the on-screen instructions by firstly selecting ‘New User’.
–  The Systopia cashless payment application has been designed to work with your ID badge as a means of purchasing food and beverages within the building.
– Once on the Desktop you can follow the instructions as a New User on the left hand side of the page.

How do I login to my account/card?
– Visit https://aroundthelake.systopiacloud.com
– Returning users are able to login to their account by simply entering their email address and password.

How do I top-up my account/card?
– Visit https://aroundthelake.systopiacloud.com
– Login and select ‘top-up’ from the homepage
– From here Top-up amounts can be selected.
– Credit or Debit card details can be securely entered.
– Following successful transaction, a payment reference number is given and a receipt by email.

You can also top up via an app on your smartphone. Search ‘Good2Go’ in your App Store to download the app.

Is there a maximum amount I can top-up my account with or have on my account at any one time?
There is no maximum limit to the amount you can hold in your account; however there is a maximum transaction limit.  The maximum amount of money that can be transferred at once is £100.

Can my account automatically top up when my credit is low?
Yes! This gives the flexibility to set up a recurring payment to ensure funds are always available on your account.
– To create an auto top-up go to the manage account page. This page is also accessible from the top-up page.
– On this screen a top-up trigger can be selected –this is your minimum account level.
– You will also be prompted to select an auto top-up value – this is the amount that will be added to the account when the balance reaches the minimum trigger.
– Finally Credit or Debit card type is selected and card details are entered as per standard top-up – these details will then be used to automatically top-up the account.

Can I see my transaction history?
Yes – simply login to your account and click ‘History’, where you can see each transaction and top-up by date.

What if I don’t have enough credit on my account/membership card to pay for my food & drink? Can I go into arrears?
No. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds before you visit. All top up funds are transferred to your account immediately.

Can I just pay by cash or credit/debit card instead?
The system in the Cafe @ No10 does not accept cash or card payments. All purchases must be made via your key card with the Systopia top-up system. All top up funds are transferred to your account immediately.

Is there a place I can top up my account with cash or card inside Cafe @ No10?
No, all top-ups must be made online via the Systopia system.

Can I get a refund on my account credit if I leave Arlington Business Park?
We ask that all members run their balance down to zero before they leave.

Can I lend my card to someone else?
We ask that you do not share you card with other members to avoid accusations of unscrupulous usage. Membership cards are prohibited from being shared or distributed to employees not working within building numbers 1210-1240; 1310-1330; 1410-1430 and 1650.

How do visitors gain access make purchases?
Firms will be given a select number of visitor passes which can be pre-loaded with credit should firms wish to.

What do I do if my card was incorrectly charged?
Please contact the café immediately to help resolve your issue.

Lake Fitness @ No10

How does it work?
Your Around The Lake membership card will also have your gym membership registered to it. You require this card to gain access to the building and gym.

Do I need my membership card to access the gym?
Yes, your Around the Lake membership card also acts as your gym entry card. Entry is via a card proximity sensor access system. You will not be able to gain entry without your card.

How will my membership be activated on my membership card?
If you signed up to Lake Fitness @ No10 prior to its opening, your card will already be activated for gym use.
If you are signing up to the gym after its opening, your card will need to be activated in the Park Manager’s office after you have signed up to your membership.

Can I lend my card to someone else?
We ask that you do not share you card with other members to avoid accusations of unscrupulous usage. Membership cards are prohibited from being shared or distributed to employees not working within building numbers 1210-1240; 1310-1330; 1410-1430 and 1650. There will be occasional spot checks to ensure members to do not provide entry to non-members. Those caught doing so may have their membership revoked.
